Got to gym and it was so empty! I guess "rush" will begin tomorrow, if there is one! Weird times..W/o was upperbody. 30lb bar, bicep curls,skull crushers,& backrows. 12.5lbs, on tricep kickbacks,overhead tricep curls, chest presses, and so on..
