239.0 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Today is another "first" day. My weight has slowly crept up again, to the point where I can really feel it in my clothes and in my body. My mother and I are starting "fresh" today. I am beginning to think that this up and down journey is how it will always be. I am committed to staying positive and not beating up on myself. It is what it is ... it doesn't actually mean much. I want to focus on exercise as much as I can and see if I can't jump start my metabolism. I also know evenings ... hungry times ... are the hardest so I must choose wisely. I want to make sure I do eat when I am hungry, that I feed my body. But I want to feed it wisely. I will just take one day at a time and soon I will see progress like I have so many other times.
