Bahannya cuman roti gandum 2 slice. Untuk yg asin aku pake keju meg chese serbaguna 5gr, putih telur 1, secukupnya garam himalaya. Untuk yg manis cuman pake madu tropicana slim bebas gula jdi 0% deh gulanya
