Hallo.. itu estimasi sebenarnya 400kal + an ya klo ditambah minyak goreng dan tmbah bumbu2..
Tapi karna aq pake dikit aja nasinya jg cuma 65gr jd terhitung 371an
Resep Curry :
Wortel sckupnya, Kentang/Ubi scukupnya
( saya pakai ubi karna kal lebih kecil), Bwg Bombay, Pasta Curry/Kare ( saya pakai Bamboo )
1 sdm Maizena.
Cara buat:
Tumis bawang bombai scukupnya sampai harum (terserah mau pakai minyak/tdk, klo saya pakai 1sdt), Masukkan ubi dan wortel yg sdh dipotong n dicuci, tumis kira2 5mnit.
Tambahkan Air 500ml/ secukupnya, masukkan Pasta Curry, cek rasa kalau kurg asin bisa tambah garam n lada. Masukkan larutan maizena agar lebih kental.

Resep katsu :
Ayam Fillet 80gr
Balurin dgn tepung bumbu serbaguna basah lalu gulungkan ke breadcrumbs/ tepung roti.. lalu goreng..
Setelah digoreng berat katsu jd 90gr.. jd tepung + minyaknya terhitung 10gram an yaa kurg lebih..
