Sick with the flu the last couple of days. Carbs in the form of NyQuil, didn't really eat but didn't exercise either. Slept a lot. Feel kinda bloated today although I don't know why. Feeling better today, will shoot for three or four laps at the dog park tonight. Doing well on the low carbs today, no Nyquil planned at this point.
