I’m back at work, not sleeping well and stress level is high. Session with Mike yesterday put my body into protest mode and my body is doing other regularly scheduled things 😤🤬
I know it’s not me gaining “real” weight 🤪 still annoying AF.
Oh well, happy Thursday!!!
174.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
