Finishing up Day 30 of the Spudfit Potato Challenge. I really didn't think I could do a whole month of only potatoes but I did and it actually is quite freeing to not have to think about what you are going to eat all the time. Last week was Null and Void on the weight loss but it was expected as we had a planned dinner out at a restaurant when we went out of town and also Thanksgiving where I did "plan" on the items I was going to eat outside of potatoes but ended up eating a few off plan foods. Still I think I did better this Thanksgiving than any other in history. Now I'm moving into the next 30 days. It will still be potatoes but I am adding in 3 vegetables as well. It's funny how I missed those veggies the last 30 days. Happy Monday everyone.
232.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Happy Birthday and congratulations on sticking with your plan. Having a hard time with our agreement on my not getting anything delivered, but have stayed the course so far. Woot Woot 240's again today so maybe NOT Fake News after all. Fingers crossed.
