Yesterday was my fist cheat meal day. What a failure. After one cookie I just went overboard and ended up ruining my entire day. Grilled cheese for dinner followed by cookie after cookie after cookie! Noooooooooooooo! And then I woke up this morning with a killer migraine, swollen lips and tender gums. Why do I always give in to sugar even though I know it destroys me?

I am right there with ya! I look forward to cheats and sometimes really overdo it feeling horribly the next day. I call it a "food hangover" ha ha ;) I think we just need to get back up and hit the reset button next day. Guilt only hinders our progress so please forgive yourself! You can do this! Good luck :)

Yea, cheat meals don't work for a lot of people. You have to be able to get right back on plan. I would just skip them and stay on plan. If you fall off once and while, forgive yourself and move on. Good luck!
