My biggest weakness when it comes to snacking is nuts. I LOVE NUTS! Cannot have enough. They're healthy and full of protein (which I need since I'm a vegetarian) but I can't just have a couple. I need to have a couple handfulls. Does anyone have any other healthy crunchy alternatives for a snack? I need something I can chew on.

You can make oven roasted chick peas. They get kind of crunchy and are very healthy with protein. Google some recipes. Very easy and tasty. Celery with reduced fat cream cheese and salsa (sounds weird but is really good when you have a great salsa). Celery has that crunch with no calories. I measure out the cream cheese.
