Well, I am sore today from my weight training yesterday. It's also pretty cold outside so I really don't want to go outside and run, because my breathing is horrendous in the cold. I think I'm gonna suck it up and just go for a mile run today and work on regulating my breathing in the cold.

I have asthma problems, so when I run in the cold, I put a scarf around my neck and breathe in to it (so I breath warm air). I also run inside, lol!

Someone recommended the scarf to me as well, I'll have to give it a try today. I would prefer running inside, but until I get back from vacation, I have no indoor treadmill :(
