So I saw 147.0 a few days ago now and haven't seen it since. The scale tells me 148.2 The weekend i relaxed with a couple of drinks and nice dinners, so no loss expected there although my calories were close and I went on a nice afternoon walk with hubby as usual. I had my morning 3 mile walk across town as usual.

I enjoyed a cold banana smoothie bowl which turned out well for my first attempt. I am also experimenting in the kitchen with Chinese and other foods I haven't indulged in a long time. I am learning how to make healthy sourdough bread for hubby to enjoy with the many soups and stews we will make this winter. Comfort food.

Hard to get the fiber for the challenges while wanting to cut calories a little more yet since the scale is stuck again. I don't need the food but have eaten (more fruit) it anyways when i would prefer to have more flaxseed. So I am fore going the challenges for a time. I have read that the body will fight you after losing 5 or 10 percent of your body weight. I have lost over 15, almost 20 percent but am hoping to break through soon. I know the salt intake causes havoc too.....maybe more potassium?
