Can't help but wonder how you manage to eat so little. I'd be starving on those 800 calories.

I don't understand it myself. I used to eat 3x my RDI now, but now I just find myself fuller on smaller amounts of food.

Try adding some more protien. That may help :)

You get a majority of your calorie intake from liquids, such as protein shakes done properly

I will look into the protein shakes because I strictly only drink water. Thank you. Any recommendations to getting started with the protein shakes?

Beverly international has the best quality and taste I've found! I mix with water to keep calories down but unsweetened almond milk is good to use to mix with it if calories are not a big concern. You'll have to try out a few yo decide. Hopefully you'll find one you like right away because there sure is some some badd tasting protien out there LOL!

I go with whatevers cheap, but i'm broke. Gold brand is always the top choice for anybody. Go with chocolate, no matter how good the other ones look they aren't ;.; I do like the chocolate peanut butter. Here is my favorite shake. 2 cups milk/skim milk (try not to with water don't taste good) 2 teaspoons of water 1 banana and here is the fun part, olive/coconut oil, add as much as you want for as much calories as you want. and add bluberrys or strawberrys and stuff like that for extra flavor but this is pretty good by it self.
