Since seeing 147.0 I figure this month and next losing a pound will meet my short term goal I set for myself. 147 signifies a 30 lb. pound weight lost since my stroke and release in February 20/20. Worried about enough nutrition, I can now add a few good extras (and treats) I am taking exercising more seriously and will rely on that for a pound a month weight loss in the future. Looking to be 133 by 2022. I will decide then if I need or want to lose more. I feel great already chosing a better lifestyle. Showed some water gain this morning as I was 147.9 but take that as a normal fluxuation.
