I wish I could do like so many of you do.... avoid the scale... but I just can't... I weigh myself every single day. I know that at about 10:15 AM is when I weigh the least.... and 8 PM is when I weigh the most. Now, today, I was not really trying to stay at 1190 calories, but I feel like I don't need more food today... probably means I will be 2 pounds heavier tomorrow.... ;)
I did drink my 100 ounces of water today... which is always a goal of mine. And I kept salt intake way down today, so hopefully tomorrow morning is actually a good morning. I would love to REALLY exercise, but I am waiting on finding out if I need both knees replaced or just one.... terrified by the thought of just one... 2 might just, well, I don't know.....
