Starting Squatober today!

Yesterday went kinda like I expected, but with less tracking. Ill never get where I want to be if I dont start taking responsibility and being proactive.

Anyway, onward!
261.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
