Pretty much didnt hit any of my goals yesterday. I felt so fatigued last night and used that an excuse to be lazy. I did have a good dinner, but I probably underestimated what I ate, and I have a couple of things that I didnt log.

I feel very sad today. That means I need to really work on keeping it together and not going overboard. Ill be taking my goals back a notch and focusing on tracking and water.
262.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
