I tried something new to me this morning. Ghia pudding!!! Curvaceous Cutey posted a picture of her pudding and it looked so good, I had to try some myself. It was fantastic. Thanks for sharing Curvaceous Cutey. Today is a planned rest day.

Yesterday I ate under goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.1% BW down 0.2# Have a great weekend Everyone!!!

I used chia seeds before but I didn't stay with it I will be trying them again as well it's always good to keep a open mind good luck I hope you like it be blessed

Somewhere I read that 2 Tbs. Chia seeds daily is a good fiber fix.

There are many varieties of flavors of 'chia pudding'. I've gotten mine on Pinterest search. They are healthy. For keto version, I mix my liquid 1/2 coconut or almond milk and 1/2 heavy cream. I like to make mine chocolate by adding a level tablespoon of cacao powder for one serving. if you want sweet without sugar carbs can add monkfruit or erythritol to taste. for me a half cup serving is plenty. It is thick and filling.

Chia seeds can also be sprinkled on top of salads. They are good intestinal tract motion pushers.😉

The recipe I used is very simple and basic. I put one cup of whole milk in a mason jar. Added agave nectar for sweetness and four tablespoons of chia seeds. I capped the jar and shook it a minute. Ten minutes later I gave it a good stir and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. So easy...
