My hubby is coming down to St. Louis tonight, yipeeee! Time to calculate that type of exercise. Never have had the guts to record that one, although I've been a bad girl and stopped recording any of it.

I would say, depending if you were on top or bottom.... log it as crunches or squats. Or, you COULD just list it as yoga...

lmao @ all the commenters. I have never actually calculated the exercise out but I think it all depends on how vigerously you do it,Web fit MD has 3 different listings so that might give you some idea ;)
