Hooray, Carol. I lost a pound this week because of the stress from a grant evaluation I am on. So yes, to answer your comment of the other day. Stress DOES appear to be good for weight loss, but not for a healthy loss. I love Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt, too. I eat a hard boiled egg and half an avocado OR a Cascadian Farm breakfast bar (140 calories)
