Quite a jump. Maybe from not working out? I still have neck/shoulder pain. Am finally calling Dr today...😞
135.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@melissa, couldn't get Dr appt till tomorrow. My neck pain is slightly better but shoulder pain is off the charts, especially when I lay down. Thank u for your concern...💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
