new week starts tomorrow. all my left overs from friends wedding are gone (except for two cupcakrs). dont get paid until friday, so need to figure out my grocery list to get back on track. birthday is in november and would like to get down to 250 by then. thats my first goal weight. I'm sure i could do it if i moved more, but pain levels and disabilities limit that.... so if i can get back on track to one pound loss a week, i will be happy. summer is coming to an end, so mentality is starting to improve. one day at a time, its alli can do.

Keep on working towards your goals. I started at a weight close to yours - slowly resetting my mindset & habits. Some days it’s easy. And some days, it’s NOT. 👏🏻👏🏻 👏🏻Yay for us all, moving forward. 😀
