I’ve cut down my coffee to only 80 calories versus my usual 120, it’s not Nirvana but it will have to do.

Sugar is bad and I eat way too much hidden sugar, liquid sugars and I’m my foods.

Dam sweet tooth!

I love my creamer and sugar too. How does this taste and is there any aftertaste?

Good for you! I know you're not asking, but in case options are of interest, I'll throw in that I like the fat-free lactose-free milk because it is sweeter than regular milk. and then a teaspoon or so of moonstruck dark chocolate cocoa. Calories depend on how much you use of each, but for me it's around 40.

So delicious every brand is good No after taste for me I’m allergic to Stevia and only do non dairy creamers I’ve tried every brand of non dairy This is it for me

wow! I guess my coffee with stevia and skim milk isn't so bad..11 calories.. Yours sounds better tasting though!

Cutting sugar gradually is a valid health option. Your taste buds adapt and it becomes more pleasant over time.

Me too! I’ve reduced my creamer from 140 calories (2 cups) to 60 calories every morning. ☕️☕️
