I’ve cut down my coffee to only 80 calories versus my usual 120, it’s not Nirvana but it will have to do. Sugar is bad and I eat way too much hidden sugar, liquid sugars and I’m my foods. Dam sweet tooth!

I know you're not asking, but in case options are of interest, I'll throw in that I like the fat-free lactose-free milk because it is sweeter than regular milk. and then a teaspoon or so of moonstruck dark chocolate cocoa. Calories depend on how much you use of each, but for me it's around 40.

Cutting sugar gradually is a valid health option. Your taste buds adapt and it becomes more pleasant over time.

Me too! I’ve reduced my creamer from 140 calories (2 cups) to 60 calories every morning. ☕️☕️
