Yesterday was a bad one. I was crummy about entering food here and then at dinner I ate my feelings so much that I gave myself awful heartburn. We had spaghetti and meatballs and I ate soooooooooo muuuuuuuuuuuuuch pasta.
Not entirely sure of the emotional trigger. I have a feeling it's cycle-related. I'm much better today.
So last week, the girl, age 7, challenged me to a push up challenge. She knocked out 40 and bet that I couldn't do 45. Today I made good on it. Did 60. I feel like in the moment I could have done more, but sitting here typing now, my arms are SHAKING, lol. I also did the "cheater" kind -- on my knees, ankles crossed. Still. 60. Booyah!
