I lost 15 pounds from 12/18-10/19
Took me a whole year.
Calorie counting is the way to go. Did it on another app. I like this one better!
I used the app for 4 months it made a difference on those last 10 pounds.
I gained 5 with Corona
So I’m back at it cause, I have summer health goals!!!
