I'm feeling the walk up the steep hill that I walked yesterday in my legs. My daughter said, "No pain. No gain." It has slowed me down some today. We Can Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great job. Of my 2 miles walk about 1/3 is downhill, 1/3 is flat, and the other 1/3 is a steep hill. It does get better every time you walk it! And your daughter is right, no pain no gain, but don't push it too hard, and make sure you do some stretches when you are done. It will help with the soreness. AND YES WE CAN DO IT!!!
