Hey man! We were thinking about ya! Lil Si was a breeze. Too many people (many in street clothes and slow). Definitely sore. Day 1 sore in arms, chest, back. Day 2 repeat arms, chest, back, add abs. Good stuff, but I’m retaining water from the workout 🏋️♀️. Gonna do leg day today or tomorrow. Gotta schedule the scan! 😆
