Overdid just a little yesterday, but not enough to hurt me...indulged in a few beers at the fire, but sometimes, you "just gotta". All good though - still staying the course! Even though it's only been a few days, motivation still high - my biggest hurdle is keeping that motivation. Am actually looking forward to my 1 week weigh in!!
