I got my activity today by planting two apple trees and a goji berry bush. It was a lot of digging and lugging, but very satisfying on a gorgeous summery day. I had a lonely apple tree that needed a pollinator, so now I've got a Jonagold, a Granny Smith and a Honeycrisp. Of course it may be a few years before we get fruit. But you know what you get if you don't try! If they all bear fruit, I'll have to quit Keto and become a fruitarian!
