Thanks for the encouraging message--I needed to hear that. Having a tough time having confidence that I can lose the weight I need to. I've been trying hard but it seems like my body is not cooperating, and that my metabolism has slowed down a lot. I'll keep trying, though, and great job with all your hard work on your weight loss journey! ✨
