Embrace the weird!!!

Savory waffle, terrible pic (sorry). ended up being way too sweet so the dogs got half of the waffle. They were excited because they don't usually get table scraps. I think the almond/coconut flour is what's making it sweet. I may put some whole oats in the blender this weekend and see where that takes us. Enough for the week. Dogs will be sad.

Avocado, pork tenderloin tomato, garbanzos, salsa and yogurt. Good overall combo, but I need to look at specific savory waffle recipes other than just adding salt and holding sugar. There's more to it.

What I really want to do is make bread. Not gonna.

Swimming this afternoon, it's almost 80 with clear skies. So happy. I can quit wearing pants again and change over to flip-flops. Happy days.
