Walked for 50 min. saw nice houses and gardens but nothing unusual today. Got laid off from my job last week so i need to walk every day or do something physical to keep from gaining.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
