I have been hungry for the last few days. That won't work in my diet. Hunger leads to my overeating. So I checked my RDI again. I had manually entered (after checking a few web sites) 1611 calories. This was the amount recommended to lose 1 lbs a week. So I recalculated my RDI using the Fatsecret calculator, after fine tuning my exercise calendar, and now my RDI is 1900 a day. I hope the few extra calories will abate my hunger but not cut into my 1 lb a week weight loss. We will see at next weigh in in seven days.
