Feeling much better today! We got to "sleep in" on the weekend! Did quite abit of work on the weekend. First helping out at my parents' on Saturday and then the usual housecleaning on Sunday at our place and getting the groceries plus getting the lawn cut and raked up. We also got 15 pounds of fresh asparagus, so we had to get that blanched and into the freezer.

Back to work today and mananged to get out for a run at lunch time. Two thirds of the run in and the rain came down! The only thing to do was to keep running! We peeled off a minute from our usual time though!! The plan this week is to keep going for runs at lunch time, stay around the 1500 calorie mark daily and in general, keep moving!

I'm still keeping up with the 30-day squat challenge. Saturday was a day of rest, I did 100 squats on Sunday, 105 squats today and will do 110 squats tomorrow!

Have a great week!

Sounds like a busy weekend, but productive. At least that rain helped your run time! Great job getting your squats in too! How did you even find the time with your busy weekend?! :)
