Day 1 of the 4 Week Stair Challenge and I did it!
Today I walked up and down the stairs every time I had to put something away or get something rather than saving everything up for just one trip. Later I decided to do my challenge requirements and although I was breathing heavy, I was able to do it. I'm so glad for this challenge.
