Didnt go to the gym last night. Wanted some quiet alone time but ended up picking my kid up from church super early. Made some shredded chicken with ranch and taco seasoning then I added some corn and black beans. I made a burrito with the wraps I bought from Aldi. Im not really a big fan of wraps unless its grilled. These were alright and super high in fiber.

Today Im trying to be mindful on what I eat, drink more water, and get to the gym tonight.

*Side note, Ive been trying to test my glucose weekly and today I was at 101. Last week was 114 so Im happy with that!
251.5 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
