I thought I ate more than I did today. I just finished logging dinner and was expecting a higher calorie day but nope. It was a little higher in carbs than I normally like but 5 carbs over isn't too bad. My scale started moving again so that is good. After adding in exercise I wasn't seeing any loss for about a month. I also really didn't notice a difference in the way my clothes are fitting. I know that is normal and take up to 6 weeks for your body to adjust and start showing signs of exercise but it still doesn't feel that great. The clothes don't fit better YET because my muscles are still holding onto more water for recovery but that will go away a lot over time. The weight is because of the water the muscles are holding on to. So hopefully that will be better going forward. I also have to remember fat is going away and more muscle is increasing. I'm down from a size 24 (tight) to 18/20. AEO jeans are at that 20 and most of my shorts are now 18. I already have a few pairs of jeans in the next size down but only because I got them pretty cheap used.
I did my training session today followed by red light therapy and feel sore but not back spasming sore so the red light thing works for me. Weirdly I started noticing my hair seemed to be growing in again and read up reasons why and it turns out that the red light thing can help will hair growth. Who knew? My hair had started thinning do to age/keto and now seems to be coming back in. I've been afraid to get it cut since everyone would see how thin it has been getting and the butt (just to the top of it) long hair kinds of hides that some.
