Maksudnya gmana mba.. kan situ ditulis 1600 kok mba bilang batas nya 1800?? Maaf mba. Baru gabung. Jd kurang paham.

Iya kak sengaja dibuat 1600 di fs, cm emg saya mau naikin kalori jadi saya patokannya 1800. Jadi enggak apa2 walaupun minus 200 krn target saya udh 1800 kalori perhari, ya buat kita gak bablas aja gtu mbk klo setting di 1600 di FSny. Klo lagi gak workout gtu juga kan biasa 1700 kalori targetnya.
