Trying to tighten up the diet this week so I can abandon it for a no-holds-barred weekend away! Still down below 160 and liking that a lot.
I didn't really follow the Rapid Fat Loss diet particularly well so I recalculated and got the vitamins and supplements he recommends so will really get going next week after practicing this week. The diet breaks down to an average of 900 calories a day and I have not been hitting that at all. Been happy with the 1100 calorie average thoough, and it seems to cause a pound loss each week. So success in the failure!

Protein at 118 g/day 472 7 days 3304
Carbs at about 20 g 80 7 560
Fat at 10 g no added 90 7 630
Once a week refeed 600 1 600
Fish oil daily 50 7 350
Carb refeed 1x/week 175 5 875
Average per 7 days: 902.7142857

The new guy also said he would work out with me if I set up a home gym in my new house - talk about motivation! What do you think would make a good home gym set up?
Dancing this weekend - probably will get 12 hours of dancing in over 4 days, if my arthritic feet hold up. Lots of calorie burning time!
Happy Tuesday!

Very clear to me that I have to get something to substitute for those corn chips...

Depends what you like doing. Cardio? Weights? Body weight exercises? Yoga? Pilates? I have a mix. Definitively get a mat for floor exercises and stretching. I have various Kettle bells, a barbell, dumbbells, club bells, TRX, a slam ball, Bosu ball and a stepbench. Great for plenty of variety if you use it :)
