Carb Tracker for Gina's Journal, 05 May 2013

I'm having an issue with the carb count on the Waffle House Ham and CHeese omelet. I've been eating them for years and the carb count was 4. How, all of a sudden, did the carb count jump 6 grams?
I'm thinking it didn't. It certainly didn't throw me out of ketosis, and a 10 gram jump should have.
Think I'll still be eating them, while I try to contact WH headquarters to see what's up.
