Have been taking a water pill, as my body is still out of control !!! Have another Dr. appointment Monday, hopefully can get a hold on my recent extreme weight gain !!!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 191.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
