Wow...the first cool days of fall and Sheri goes into Bake Your Ass OFF mode. Thank God my skinny husband can take most of it to where he works and the rest will freeze.

A friend gave me some Huckleberries and I needed to use them before I leave for the week...the weather was down right cold...so Aunt Bee here I come! I made Blinas...Yeasted Huckleberry pancakes for Breakfast and then finished off the rest of the Berries with Whole Wheat Huckleberry Muffins.

My sister was in an accident and was really laid up...so I also cooked for her this weekend...made homestyle Mac & Cheese, Enchiladas, Oatmeal Raisin cookies, Zucchini Bread and finally Tuna Noodle Casserole, Oh yeah, I got some fresh Anahime(sp) Chilies and made my husband Chili Rellenos.

Did not do too much damage to my diet, and I got the go ahead from the knee doc to go back to partial workouts..so I may have mitigated some of the damage, but I did get too many carbs and sugar back into my diet. Will have to be really good on the road this week to make up for this one...but the look on my husband and sisters faces when they saw each treat...was kinda worth the little bit of set back...This is how I got fat and so I will need to watch the cold weather cook offs. :>)
