Welp. Didnt want to post my weight today. My own fault. It would be different if I was enjoying what I ate, but Im not.

Bright sides:
Hair color on point
Went to the gym last night
Shaved off 2 more seconds on my 600m row (2:22)
Got my new planner
Signed up for a new round of the challenge I was on last fall.


All of the pieces are there, all thats missing is me.
249.5 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's right Shirfleur! I make goals everyday and cross them off and make my dreams come true all the time. Just do it!
