@R liu....TDEE 1613 trs makan di 1.800 kalo cuma sesekali ya gk masalah mbak....tp kalo makan diatas TDEE trs dlm jangka waktu tertentu ya itu sebutannya Bulking alias program manaikan berat tubuh.
Olahraganya mbak ud dihitung belum buat dapatkan angka TDEE 1613 td?
