Mom of Isabella's Journal, 26 November 2019

Apparently I need a weekly calorie deficit of >9,000 calories to lose any weight.
I saw someone (maybe Draglist) mention that FS activity calculations are over-stated. Since then I have been watching my recent weekly deficits and weight changes versus those I had when I was losing 1-2#/week.
I notice my weekly averages for the past ten weeks are 6,863. My weight overall has not gone down.
It is what it is.
If I want to lose more weight, I HAVE to work a little harder for it.
I thought I could lose at a slower pace, BUT it doesn't cut it for me.
Resetting my goals with my new paradigm.
And I mean I will use FS activity numbers realizing that I'm factoring the results seen. SO I really need to maintain an average daily deficit of 1200-1400+ to really see significant continuous weight loss.

If you count exercise... count only exercise not the other things like sitting. But I think many here just look at their food intake as the main indicator even if they do a lot of moving and lifting.
