Today's food: yogurt and apple for breakfast with skim milk in coffee, fish stew for lunch (bass, tomatoes, onions, garlic, broth, and garbanzo beans) with a side of kale. Dinner will be off-book probably breaded chicken fingers or calamari for the protein. Dancing tonight. Maybe walk at lunch, but I am lazy! I mean, focused on food not exercise this month. Haha.
