Another day, another pound! I'm feeling so-so good after yesterday's cleanse. I was worried today because I ate a Subway turkey wrap for lunch and even though they pack somewhere around 275 calories, which is way less than my allotted 400 - 600 that I'm supposed to have for my "one sensible meal" each day, I still worried that I wouldn't lose weight.
I'm not feeling in the mood to go to the gym today at all. As soon as I got home from work, I did two sets of sit-ups. I do 10 different kinds of sit-ups, 12 sit-ups each. So I did 240 sit ups and 12 push-ups (my abs are much stronger than my arms) but I'm still feeling like I need to get a work-out in. Hopefully I'll feel up to it in a couple of hours when the gym rush dies down.
