Carb Tracker for Gina's Journal, 25 March 2013

Well, today was my "exercise free" day. Basically means I don't have to walk. I can't decide if I hate it or not! I dread doing it, push myself the entire 3.6 miles, but, when I get back I'm glad I went.
Today, however, I will spend that hour standing:) Watching my kids hunt Easter Eggs as there will be no time next weekend as one of my kids has a VB tournament. Yeah, ridiculous to be sure.
I'm reminding myself how thankful I am that the weather being particularly kind to a "newbie" walker. PLUS, I have a friend to walk with! That's the best part.... not that I can talk to her or anything...LOL.. I don't have the energy for it... but she can talk to me and that distracts me from those minor aches and pains!

Oh MY!! I've got to think of a name for my dinner. It was the BEST! Great, easy, induction friendly, absolutely 'LiCIOUS dinner. AND, who would have believed I would have the presence of mind to actually take a photo BEFORE I started eating it???? But I DID!
Got to remember to set up a "meal" for this one, I KNOW I'm gonna make it again and again
