Does anyone have a recipe for protien bars that isnt full of sugar or calories? I found one that is shaped like a cookie, it has 52 cals. Its made with protien powder, oats, n egg whites. Of course if u add nuts, chocolate, or dried fruit u must adjust cals etc. I am looking for something to help with cravings I have lately for cookies etc. I usually do good with cravings but lately Ive been really bad! Weight is still ok but I can tell in my belly that measurements will reflect bad eating....Thx!💜
