Definitely going in the wrong direction with food choices and quantity. The weather is rainy and blustery. I'm feeling extra sleepy this morning. I better go to the gym since I skipped yesterday. Still dealing with AT&T's mistakes and lying. I should've known better.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
