Survived the b'day last week. The birthday cake got a good work-out over the last week as it was progressivley removed from the refrigerator. Overall though I was ok.

Not to many snackies.

158.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
